FDC signs enterprise agreement

‍Leading Australian construction and fitout company, FDC has signed a multi-year enterprise deal with SIMPEL, to help drive productivity across its projects nationally.

As one of Australia’s largest private and most recognised national construction companies, FDC is known for delivering high quality projects across a range of industries.

The partnership grew from a successful initial project, and lead to broader, organic adoption by site teams across the group. FDC’s progressive integration of Simpel into their site operations allowed the company to demonstrate the positive outcomes before committing to the enterprise deal. These include improved compliance, time and cost savings, as well as establishing successful change management processes that extended into their subcontractor network.
