As we expand our presence in Australia and the UK and accelerate our international growth, we’re hiring a Demand Generation Manager to lead demand generation and brand marketing, and to help scale our revenue engine.
About This Role
This is a performance marketing role focused on one core outcome: building and accelerating qualified pipeline.
As Demand Generation Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert leads across our key segments in the UK and Australia. You’ll work closely with Sales, our Content Specialist, Customer Success and Product to ensure campaign alignment with buyer personas, sales objectives, and business goals.
This role requires someone hands-on, analytical, and comfortable working across platforms like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other paid, owned, and earned media channels.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Campaign Management
- Own the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns to drive MQLs and SQLs across key accounts and segments.
- Plan and execute ABM campaigns targeting decision-makers in construction and related industries.
- Build and manage nurture programs that guide prospects through the funnel.
Channel Execution & Optimisation
- Manage paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic, remarketing)
- Continuously test, optimise, and scale high-performing tactics to improve CPL, and lead conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Sales team on outbound sequences, lead scoring, and funnel velocity improvements.
Data, Attribution & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and attribution tools.
- Report on lead quality, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution.
- Use data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve campaign outcomes.
Content & Messaging Support
- Partner with the Content Specialist to develop compelling landing pages, advertisements, and spark campaigns that align with campaign objectives.
- Ensure consistent messaging aligned with product positioning and segment needs.
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or construction tech.
- Proven track record in demand generation, ABM, and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and GA4.
- Strong analytical skills and a bias for data-informed decision making.
- Familiar with the dynamics of sales-led growth and working closely with commercial teams.
- Comfortable running multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communicator and team collaborator who thrives in a scale-up culture.
